The Selection Process

  • meeting potential candidates, outside working hours, travelling as required. This saves time and speeds the Search Process

  • we manage the whole process from beginning to conclusion.

Follow-up - if the candidate takes up the appointment, we follow up to see if:

  • the person has settled into the post
